We are seeking a Senior Agribusiness Growth & Partnerships Manager to accelerate regional expansion from Des Moines, IA and to build enduring, valueâdriven relationships with customers and partners.
You will join a crossâfunctional team of industry experts, data scientists, and product engineers to turn market opportunities into measurable revenue with a focus on responsible, climateâsmart farming.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture Economics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in agribusiness, partnerships, or sales with measurable revenue impact.
- Proven track record in building and scaling partnerships in agriculture tech, input suppliers, or farming operations.
- Strong understanding of farm supply chains, commodity markets, and dataâdriven decision making.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, contract management, and pipeline forecasting.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically.
- Collaborative, strategic thinker with a customerâfirst mindset.
