AgriNova Technologies, a leading innovator in precision agriculture and agri-supply chain optimization, is seeking a Senior Agribusiness Manager to drive commercially-focused initiatives across North America. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to scale sustainable farming solutions.
You will collaborate with product, field operations, and sales teams to deliver value to growers, distributors, and retailers while ensuring profitability, compliance, and long-term growth.
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of scalable agribusiness strategies across key markets.
- Drive revenue growth through market expansion, partnerships, and value-based pricing.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D to translate customer needs into commercially viable solutions.
- Oversee supply chain planning, risk management, and quality assurance to maximize farmer and partner satisfaction.
- Manage P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics to meet company targets.
- Build and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with strategic customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, sustainability goals, and ethical practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in agribusiness, agriculture, supply chain, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in agribusiness, agtech, or agri-food sectors with P&L ownership.
- Proven track record of driving commercial growth in farming, distribution, or retail channels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and data-driven decision making; SQL experience a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities across diverse partners.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability; proven project and team leadership.
- Willingness to travel up to 25-40% to meet customers and partners.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices, regulatory requirements, and agricultural standards.
