HarvestEdge Global is seeking a results-driven Senior Agribusiness Market Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across regional markets. This role combines strategic planning with on-the-ground execution to expand our footprint in the agriculture sector.
You will partner with farmers, cooperatives, distributors, and agri-tech suppliers to design scalable solutions that improve yield, efficiency, and profitability for our clients.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a regional market development strategy for agribusiness products and services.
- Identify and establish partnerships with farmers, cooperatives, distributors, agritech firms, and financial partners.
- Lead go-to-market plans, channel programs, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.
- Drive revenue growth, forecast accuracy, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor regulatory and policy changes impacting the ag sector and mitigate risk.
- Mentor junior team members and oversee regional project execution.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in agribusiness, market development, sales, or partnerships role.
- Strong understanding of farming supply chains, commodity markets, and agtech trends.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven with proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools.
- Ability to travel up to 40% regionally and domestically.
- Leadership capability and cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and ops.
