VerdantAg Technologies, a leading innovator in sustainable agribusiness solutions, is seeking a Senior Agribusiness Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations and scale our California footprint.
In this role, you will collaborate across procurement, production, R&D, and commercial teams to deliver on strategic objectives, improve margins, and ensure regulatory compliance.
What you will do
- Lead and optimize end-to-end agribusiness operations across supply chain, production, and logistics.
- Develop and execute scalable processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure on-time product delivery.
- Partner with procurement and supplier management to secure sustainable sourcing and risk management.
- Lead data-driven decision making by implementing dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting models.
- Manage cross-functional teams (production, QA, logistics, and field operations) and mentor staff.
- Ensure compliance with agrifood regulations, quality standards, and traceability.

Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, or a related field; MBA preferred
- At least 7 years of experience in agribusiness operations or supply chain
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent)
- Strong data analytics, forecasting, and capacity planning skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to supplier sites and field operations
