Responsibility
- Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize production, procurement, and distribution across multiple sites in the Midwest.
- Partner with product, sales, and finance to forecast demand, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth.
- Lead cross functional teams to implement digital tools for supply chain visibility, traceability, and data analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, reduce waste, and lower cost per unit.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all operations.
- Build strong relationships with growers, suppliers, and customers to optimize value chain relationships.
- Develop talent by coaching managers, setting performance metrics, and fostering a high performance culture.
- Prepare and present executive updates on KPIs, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in agribusiness operations, supply chain, or farm management with leadership experience.
- Proven track record in process improvement, cost optimization, and data driven decision making.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 30% as needed.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulatory requirements in agriculture.
- Proficient in Excel, Tableau/Power BI and farm management software.
