Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team across operations, sales, and supply chain to achieve annual targets.
- Design and optimize end to end agribusiness processes from farm to customer, improving throughput and reducing waste.
- Develop and execute the supply chain strategy including procurement, logistics, and risk management.
- Establish performance metrics and dashboards to monitor KPIs and drive data driven decisions.
- Foster sustainable farming partnerships and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Manage annual budget, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to bring new agricultural products to market.
- Represent the company in stakeholder engagements, investor briefings, and industry events.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, agricultural economics, agribusiness, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in agribusiness operations or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of commodity markets, farm inputs, and sustainability practices
- Willingness to travel as required up to 25-30%
- Fluent English; additional language a plus
