We are seeking a Senior Agribusiness Operations Manager to own end-to-end operations for a growing business unit in the Des Moines region. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape supply chain strategy, and translate farmer needs into practical solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end agribusiness operations, from sourcing and procurement to distribution and customer delivery.
- Develop and execute data-driven supply chain strategies to optimize costs, lead times, and service levels.
- Forge and manage partnerships with farmers, processors, logistics providers, and retailers.
- Oversee forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and risk mitigation.
- Drive product development and go-to-market initiatives for agtech solutions tailored to regional crops.
- Manage budgeting, P&L, and performance metrics for the business unit.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, traceability, and environmental regulations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, sustainability, and customer-centric execution.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in agribusiness, agriculture supply chain, or agtech roles with demonstrated impact.
- Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and end-to-end supply chain management.
- Proven leadership experience, with ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 30% and adapt to a hands-on environment.
