Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations for multi-site agribusiness operations, including production planning, logistics, and procurement.
- Lead cross-functional teams across supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and field operations.
- Optimize processes using data analytics and ERP systems to improve yield, cost, and service levels.
- Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor performance.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, budgets, and forecasting models; drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and customer fulfillment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, supply chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of operations, supply chain, or farm management experience in agribusiness or agtech.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and scaling operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics, ERP (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite), and forecasting.
- Contract negotiation and vendor management experience.
- Knowledge of safety, compliance, environmental, and quality standards (GxP, ISO 9001).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and change-management skills.
