Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain planning for regional crops, including forecasting, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and scale operations.
- Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and present actionable insights to executives.
- Manage risk assessment related to crop yields, weather events, and market volatility.
- Collaborate with growers, processors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Drive adoption of data analytics and ERP tools to optimize procurement and distribution.
- Lead sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and responsible sourcing.
- Mentor team members and build a high-performance, safety-focused culture.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Supply Chain, Agriculture Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in agribusiness operations, supply chain, or farm-to-fork roles.
- Proven expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite).
- Strong analytical, SQL/Excel skills, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and sustainability reporting.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable efficiency gains.
