In this role you will partner with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and implement scalable processes that improve yield, reduce waste, and ensure regulatory compliance across domestic and export channels.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end agribusiness operations across sourcing, production, logistics, and distribution to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient delivery of products.
- Develop and monitor KPIs including yield, cost per unit, on-time delivery, waste reduction, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with suppliers, farmers, and logistics partners to optimize the supply chain, negotiate favorable terms, and build resilient networks.
- Implement data analytics to forecast demand, optimize pricing, manage inventory, and reduce working capital requirements.
- Oversee regulatory compliance, food safety, traceability, and environmental standards across domestic and export channels.
- Manage budgets, vendor negotiations, contract management, and capital investments to maximize ROI.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digital adoption (ERP, CRM, IoT, and analytics) to scale operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in agribusiness operations, supply chain, or farm-to-fork roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Experience with commodity markets, logistics, warehousing, and quality control processes.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and driving cost savings.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (GlobalG.A.P., HACCP) and regulatory compliance.
