Responsibility
- Lead and perform advanced chemical analyses using HPLC, GC-MS, and spectroscopy.
- Design, validate, and implement new analytical methods to ensure data integrity.
- Interpret and report results to cross-functional project teams.
- Supervise and mentor junior chemists and laboratory staff.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to define testing protocols and project objectives.
- Maintain laboratory instruments and coordinate equipment calibration.
- Contribute to research publications, presentations, and technical reports.
Qualification
- Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field.
- 5+ years of analytical laboratory experience (pharma or related industry preferred).
- Expertise in chromatography and mass spectrometry.
- Hands-on knowledge of GLP, GMP, and safety practices.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Proficient in laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
