Responsibility

  • Lead F&E procurement and facilities management across Alexandra Hospital to ensure reliable services, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive strategic F&E projects from planning through execution, including capital projects, renovations, and equipment upgrades.
  • Spearhead digital transformation initiatives in the COO Office, including procurement automation, data analytics dashboards, and ERP integration.
  • Develop and implement procurement policies, supplier performance frameworks, and risk management strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with clinical departments, hospital leadership, and external vendors to align objectives and drive value.
  • Oversee budget planning, financial tracking, and reporting for the COO Office projects and procurement activities.
  • Lead a high performing team, coach staff, set performance objectives, and ensure compliant processes and controls.

Qualification
