Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end staffing for clinical and non-clinical roles, including job posting, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and develop proactive workforce plans aligned with SGH priorities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the HRIS/ATS and generate recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks; provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and credentialing processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, hospital policies, and data privacy regulations.
  • Assist with recruitment events, campus outreach, and employer branding initiatives to attract top healthcare talent.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of recruitment or staffing experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills across all levels.
  • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office; data-driven with reporting capabilities.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
