This full time position delivers high impact advisory, transactional, and litigation support for top tier clients across industries. You will work with partners to drive strategic outcomes, draft sophisticated agreements, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

Responsibility
- Draft and negotiate complex contracts and transactional documents with precision
- Lead legal research and deliver actionable guidance for business decisions
- Manage matters from inception to resolution, including risk assessment and strategy
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance, governance, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with partners, associates, and stakeholders to deliver high quality work on tight deadlines
- Develop matter budgets, milestones, and project plans
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff to foster a high performance team
Qualification
- Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
- Bar admission in New York or eligibility to waive in
- 5+ years of practice in corporate, M&A, or related fields
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation and contract drafting abilities for sophisticated deals
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
- Client focused with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with legal research tools and matter management software
