Responsibility

  • Lead corporate and regulatory compliance matters for a diverse client base, including drafting policies and training materials.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, vendor agreements, and corporate documentation.
  • Advise on regulatory investigations, risk management, privacy compliance, and anti corruption programs.
  • Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and coordinate with cross functional teams.
  • Develop client facing materials, briefings, and regulatory updates to support business decisions.
  • Manage junior associates and paralegals, ensuring high quality work and timely delivery.
  • Support business development and cultivate long term client relationships.

Qualification

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school and active NY State Bar admission.
  • 5-8 years of experience in corporate law and regulatory compliance, with a track record of successful M&A and governance matters.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of US regulatory frameworks including SEC, FINRA, data privacy, and anti corruption laws.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders.
