Horizon Legal Partners, a premier NYC law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters, seeks a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Litigation team in Manhattan.

Responsibility
- Lead strategic litigation matters from inception through resolution in state and federal courts.
- Manage and supervise junior associates and paralegals.
- Draft, file, and argue pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and factual investigations; prepare memoranda.
- Develop case strategy, manage discovery, and coordinate with experts.
- Negotiate favorable settlements and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regulatory and compliance matters as needed.
Qualification
- Juris Doctor from ABA accredited law school; active New York bar or willingness to waive to NY.
- Minimum 5-7 years of commercial litigation experience.
- Strong written and oral advocacy, with proven record of motion practice and hearings.
- Exceptional research, analysis, and drafting skills; attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines; strong organizational skills.
- Experience mentoring junior staff; client-focused and collaborative.
- Adherence to professional ethics and standards; willingness to travel occasionally.
