Responsibility

  • Lead design and validation of automotive electrical and electronic systems (EE, ECUs, sensors, actuators).
  • Own architecture development, requirements management, and traceability across programs.
  • Develop power electronics strategies, including battery management and energy efficiency.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, test, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Define test plans, DFMEA, and safety analyses in alignment with ISO 26262.
  • Oversee supplier engagement, BOMs, and design documentation for production.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.
  • Support vehicle validation, field data analysis, and issue resolution post-launch.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automotive Engineering; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of automotive electronics or embedded systems experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, and safety-critical development processes.
  • Experience with CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, and vehicle networks.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink; programming in C/C++ and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with power electronics, BMS, chargers, and mechatronics systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States (or able to obtain work authorization).
