We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join LumenNorth Creative Studio in New York City. This role blends strategic thinking with premium visual design to build transformative brands that resonate in today’s market.
You will partner with product, marketing, and leadership teams to craft cohesive brand narratives, design systems, and compelling identities for a diverse roster of clients.

Responsibility
- Lead development of brand strategy, positioning, and voice across clients and internal teams.
- Create and evolve visual identities, design systems, and asset libraries for multi channel campaigns.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to translate strategy into compelling brand experiences.
- Oversee brand guidelines, onboarding, and asset production for digital and physical touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers and review work to ensure high quality and consistency.
- Present concepts to clients and stakeholders with clarity and persuasive storytelling.
- Drive design quality and consistency across digital products, packaging, and communications.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in branding or brand design, with a strong portfolio of brand systems and identities.
- Demonstrated ability to craft brand strategy and translate it into visual identities and guidelines.
- Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent conceptual thinking, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience creating and maintaining brand guidelines and scalable design systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to lead cross functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Branding, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
