NovaBrand Studio is seeking a Senior Brand Designer & Strategist to lead the creative direction and build enduring brand systems for our premium clients. You combine strategic thinking with visual storytelling to transform complex identities into clear, resonant brands.
Your work will span brand research, identity systems, typography, color, and messaging, ensuring consistency across digital and offline touchpoints.
As a senior contributor, you'll collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships to craft holistic brand experiences that drive growth and advocacy.

Responsibility
- Lead the development of brand identity systems, including logo, typography, color, and usage guidelines.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships to craft cohesive brand experiences across channels.
- Define messaging pillars, voice, and storytelling frameworks that resonate with target audiences.
- Create scalable design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across digital, print, and packaging.
- Translate brand strategy into compelling campaigns, assets, and creative directions.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to maintain high creative standards.
- Present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, translating feedback into actionable briefs.
- Oversee brand audits, performance metrics, and iteration of brand expressions based on insights.
Qualification
- 5+ years of branding, identity design, or brand strategy experience, preferably at an agency or in-house studio.
- Portfolio demonstrating work across identity systems, campaigns, and brand guidelines for premium brands.
- Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and ability to translate strategy into visuals and copy.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing and maintaining comprehensive brand guidelines and design systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Branding, Communication, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Understanding of UX principles and cross-functional collaboration with product teams.
