Responsibility
- Lead and structure client engagements focused on growth strategy, profitability, and operational improvements.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunity spaces and prioritize initiatives.
- Develop and present compelling client-ready deliverables, including business cases, roadmaps, and dashboards.
- Model financial outcomes, perform scenario planning, and quantify ROI for recommended initiatives.
- Partner with clients to implement changes, monitor KPIs, and adjust plans as needed.
- Facilitate workshops and executive-level communications, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to firm-building through thought leadership.
- Drive process optimization and change management to realize sustainable results.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting or internal consulting within a scale-up or corporation.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end client engagements with measurable impact.
- Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreams.
- Experience with project management, change management, or agile methods is a plus.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools; SQL is a plus.
