We’re seeking a results oriented Senior Business Consultant to join our New York team and drive impact for our clients across industries.
In this role, you will partner with C-suite and senior leaders to assess current-state performance, design actionable strategies, and lead cross-functional efforts to implement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with practical execution, exceptional client management, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
What you’ll do is more than advisory work — you’ll become a trusted advisor who helps clients unlock value, improve efficiency, and sustain growth through structured programs and hands-on leadership.
Responsibility
- Lead client engagements from scoping to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes on time and on budget.
- Develop and present data-driven strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives.
- Diagnose organizational performance gaps and design pragmatic transformation roadmaps.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage workstreams, and mentor junior consultants.
- Drive client relationship development and contribute to business development opportunities.
- Create compelling client proposals, executive-ready presentations, and progress dashboards.
- Facilitate workshops, change-management activities, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor impact, track KPIs, and ensure sustainable value realization post-implementation.
Qualification
- 5+ years of management or business consulting experience with a proven track record delivering strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and problem solving.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills for executive audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments and travel as needed (up to 50%).
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and at least basic SQL.
- High integrity, client-first mindset, and ability to build trusted advisor relationships.
