In this role, you will partner with C-suite and senior leaders to assess current-state performance, design actionable strategies, and lead cross-functional efforts to implement transformation initiatives. Responsibility

  • Lead client engagements from scoping to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes on time and on budget.
  • Develop and present data-driven strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives.
  • Diagnose organizational performance gaps and design pragmatic transformation roadmaps.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage workstreams, and mentor junior consultants.
  • Drive client relationship development and contribute to business development opportunities.
  • Create compelling client proposals, executive-ready presentations, and progress dashboards.
  • Facilitate workshops, change-management activities, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor impact, track KPIs, and ensure sustainable value realization post-implementation.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of management or business consulting experience with a proven track record delivering strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and problem solving.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills for executive audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments and travel as needed (up to 50%).
