Responsibility
- Lead and structure client engagements, diagnosing business problems and defining practical solutions.
- Develop and present data driven insights, financial models, and actionable roadmaps.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to align on strategy, scope, and success metrics.
- Design and implement operational improvements, process reengineering, and performance measurement systems.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a high performance team environment.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal development and client workshops.
- Ensure project quality, risk management, and timely delivery with clear executive communication.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred in business, economics, or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or equivalent corporate strategy/ops roles.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects with measurable impact across at least two functional areas (finance, operations, or growth).
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI/ Tableau, and scenario planning.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities; comfortable presenting to C-suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams; comfortable traveling as required.
