You will partner with C-suite leaders to design and execute transformative strategies across finance, operations, and growth initiatives. Responsibility
- Lead strategic analyses and develop actionable roadmaps for client transformation programs.
- Design operating models and organizational changes to enable scalable growth.
- Conduct market, competitive, and process analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
- Build robust financial models and compelling business cases to support investment decisions.
- Collaborate with client leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Steer project governance, timelines, and deliverable quality across workstreams.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and facilitate client workshops to drive alignment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy/operations roles.
- Proven ability to deliver client-ready work and manage client relationships.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in financial modeling and KPI development.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and ability to travel as needed (up to 40%).
