Responsibility
- Lead strategic assessments and market analyses to identify growth opportunities for clients.
- Develop and implement client-ready strategic plans and operational roadmaps.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive briefings to align priorities.
- Conduct financial modeling, ROI analyses, and business case development.
- Manage project teams, timelines, and deliverables to ensure value realization.
- Advise on change management, process improvements, and performance metrics.
- Contribute to business development through proposals, client relationships, and thought leadership.
- Mentor junior consultants and help build internal capability.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field; MBA or MSc preferred.
- 5-8+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy roles.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record delivering complex transformation programs for diverse clients.
- Experience with data-driven decision making and KPI design.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with flexibility for travel.
- Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint) and data visualization; SQL/IT skills a plus.
