Responsibility
- Lead and manage complex client engagements from scoping to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Perform rigorous analyses (market, operations, financial) to diagnose root causes and quantify value opportunities.
- Develop actionable strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans aligned with client objectives.
- Build client-ready deliverables, including presentations, dashboards, and insightful executive summaries.
- Facilitate workshops and executive sponsorship meetings to drive alignment and buy-in.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants; manage workstreams and project timelines.
- Collaborate with business development on proposals, client evaluations, and strategic opportunities.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, or equivalent in-house strategy roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools; SQL or other data querying skills a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40% as client engagements require.
- Demonstrated client-service mindset and collaborative team player.
