We are seeking a Senior Business Consultant to partner with clients across industries to diagnose issues, design actionable roadmaps, and deliver impact.
In this role, you will combine analytical rigor with practical business insight, collaborating with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams to implement high-value initiatives that matter for the client and the firm.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end client engagements from scoping to delivery, balancing value with feasibility and timelines.
- Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
- Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, and roadmaps with clear ROI and measurable benefits.
- Facilitate workshops and executive presentations to align stakeholders and secure buy-in.
- Manage project workstreams, timelines, and budgets; mentor junior consultants and analysts.
- Design operating models, process improvements, and change management plans for client organizations.
- Collaborate with senior client leadership to implement solutions and monitor benefits realization.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy roles.
- Strong quantitative skills including financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and storytelling with data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, structured methodology, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Experience with process improvement, operations strategy, and change management; willingness to travel as needed.
