Responsibility
- Lead client engagements from scoping to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes.
- Conduct market, operational, and financial analyses; build actionable models and scenario plans.
- Synthesize findings into compelling client-ready presentations and dashboards for executive audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and manage organizational change.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants; foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress, and mitigate project risks.
- Define and track KPIs to quantify impact and sustain value realization.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy roles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; demonstrated ability to present to C-suite.
- Experience in implementing strategic initiatives and change management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliverables with attention to quality.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools; SQL basics or Python is a plus.
