Responsibility
- Lead strategic advisory engagements for mid-market and enterprise clients, shaping multi-year transformation programs.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling to support recommended strategies.
- Develop actionable growth strategies and execution roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs.
- Facilitate workshops with C-suite stakeholders to align on vision, priorities, and change management plans.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and client communications to ensure successful delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, delivering high-quality client-ready deliverables.
- Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and confident client presentations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy roles.
- Strong analytical capabilities including financial modelling (P&L, NPV, ROI) and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills across diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage stakeholders, and drive results in complex environments.
- Experience with change management, operations improvement, and implementation planning.
- Willingness to travel 20-30% and to work on-site with London clients as needed.
