Responsibility
- Lead and deliver client engagements across strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives.
- Develop actionable business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses to support decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops, synthesize insights, and present clear, data-driven recommendations to executives.
- Design and implement performance measurement frameworks and dashboards.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Drive change management and adoption through stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development efforts with proposals and client pitches.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred; 6+ years in management consulting or equivalent
- Proven track record delivering complex transformations and measurable outcomes
- Advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and KPI design
- Strong communication, facilitation, and client management skills
- Project management experience; PMP or Agile experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams; willingness to travel up to 50%
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; experience with SQL or data visualization tools a plus
