Responsibility

- Lead project workstreams, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Build financial models, scenario planning, and performance dashboards.
- Facilitate workshops and executive-level presentations, shaping client recommendations.
- Drive change management plans and support implementation to achieve sustainable impact.
- Ensure client satisfaction, high-quality deliverables, and post-engagement follow-up.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, or corporate development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, travel up to 25%.
- Proven track record delivering measurable business impact in growth, operations, or profitability.
