As a Senior Business Consultant, you will partner with C-suite and senior leaders to diagnose opportunities, design scalable solutions, and drive successful implementation.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end client engagements from discovery through implementation and value realization.
- Conduct structured problem-solving, data analysis, and hypothesis-driven frameworks to identify opportunities.
- Develop strategic initiatives, operating models, and process improvements with measurable KPIs.
- Create robust roadmaps, business cases, and ROI models to guide executive decision-making.
- Manage client relationships, stakeholder alignment, and communication at C-level levels.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants; ensure high-quality deliverables and knowledge transfer.
- Facilitate workshops, executive briefings, and change management activities.
Qualification
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record delivering complex transformations and performance improvements.
- Strong analytical capabilities: financial modeling, data analysis, and KPI development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with project management, change management, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%).
