In this client-facing role, you’ll diagnose business challenges, develop pragmatic roadmaps, and lead high-impact engagements from discovery through execution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentors, and client stakeholders to deliver sustainable results.
What you’ll do:
- Lead strategic assessments and diagnostic engagements to identify growth opportunities and efficiency gains.
- Develop data-driven recommendations and actionable roadmaps tailored to client needs.
- Manage client relationships, expectations, and communications with executive leadership.
- Guide project delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes and measurable impact.
- Coach and develop junior consultants, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
- Present findings and progress updates to client executives with clear storytelling and impact metrics.
- Support business development by scoping opportunities and contributing to proposals.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage client engagements from scoping to delivery, ensuring value realization.
- Diagnose organizational challenges and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Design pragmatic, data-driven strategies and actionable roadmaps.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.
- Collaborate with C-suite and senior leaders to align strategy with execution.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants to sustain a high-performance culture.
- Engage in business development activities, including proposal development and client networking.
- Track impact metrics and communicate progress with stakeholders in clear, concise language.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of management or business transformation consulting experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Proven ability to facilitate client workshops and convey complex concepts to executives.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with travel as needed (30-40%).
- Experience across technology, healthcare, or financial services is a plus.
