We are seeking a results-driven Business Consultant to join our premier consulting practice in New York City. In this role, you will partner with C-suite leaders to design and implement growth, efficiency, and transformation initiatives that unlock measurable value for clients across industries. This is a client-facing, hybrid position with exposure to high-impact engagements and cross-functional teams.
As a key member of our client delivery team, you will help shape strategic recommendations, develop roadmaps, and lead initiatives that drive sustainable performance improvements.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end client engagements, from scoping to final deliverables.
- Develop growth strategies, market entry plans, and operational roadmaps that align with client objectives.
- Build and present client-ready analyses, financial models, dashboards, and decision-support materials.
- Drive change management, process optimization, and organizational design initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, and finance to implement recommendations.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants; contribute to knowledge capital and thought leadership.
- Manage client relationships, set expectations, and communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or internal strategy roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; proficient in PowerPoint and storytelling.
- Proven track record of delivering client-ready work and leading project teams.
- Experience with change management, process optimization, and operations improvement.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% (subject to client needs); adept at remote collaboration.
- Proficiency with Excel, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and familiarity with SQL is a plus.
