Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end client engagements, defining scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Conduct rigorous business diagnostics, market analysis, and financial modeling
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Design and implement operational improvements, cost-reduction, and efficiency programs
- Manage project workstreams and cross-functional teams
- Coach and mentor junior consultants; uphold quality and client service standards
- Foster strong client relationships and support business development activities
- Define and track KPIs, ensuring measurable results and client satisfaction
Qualification
- 5+ years of management or business consulting experience, preferably with strategy or operations focus
- Proven track record delivering complex transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills: financial modeling, data analysis, scenario planning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with project management methodologies and change management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environment with travel up to 50%
- Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint; Tableau or similar a plus)
