Responsibility
- Lead and manage strategic client engagements from scoping to execution, ensuring clear value delivery and ROI.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, develop financial models, and synthesize insights into actionable strategies.
- Design and implement growth strategies, optimization initiatives, and transformation roadmaps with achievable milestones.
- Facilitate executive workshops, lead stakeholder alignment, and communicate recommendations with impact.
- Develop client-ready deliverables, including presentations, dashboards, and financial analyses.
- Mentor junior consultants, contribute to business development, and support proposal writing.
- Manage project scope, timeline, risk, and resources, ensuring high-quality outputs on schedule.
- Collaborate across functions (finance, operations, IT, HR) to deliver end-to-end client value.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting; track record delivering actionable client outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and modeling scenarios.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to tell compelling stories to executives.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive stakeholder alignment in Singapore or APAC contexts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team; travel as required.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore and willingness to travel up to 20–40% as needed.
