Responsibility
- Lead end to end strategic engagements from scoping to delivery, ensuring client value and adoption.

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Develop actionable roadmaps, business cases, and KPI driven implementation plans.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 8+ years of management consulting or related industry experience.
- Proven track record delivering strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including financial modeling and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast paced environment and travel 20-30% as needed.
