NovaStrategy Advisors is seeking a Senior Business Strategy Consultant to partner with C-suite and cross-functional teams to transform client performance. This role blends strategic planning, data-driven analysis, and practical execution to deliver measurable results for mid-market and enterprise clients.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end strategic engagements for clients across industries, from discovery to implementation.
- Develop and present data-driven insights, business cases, and strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders.
- Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and operating model assessments.
- Build robust financial models, P&L scenarios, and ROI analyses to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with client leadership to define scope, milestones, and success metrics; manage project timelines and risks.
- Facilitate workshops, validate hypotheses, and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants; contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and practice development.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or related graduate degree preferred; 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
- Proven track record delivering client-ready analyses and compelling presentations; expert in Excel and PowerPoint; strong financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation abilities; adept at stakeholder management at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple workstreams, and drive projects to completion.
- Experience with change management and practical implementation planning.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 40-50% based on project needs; work authorization in the US.
