What you'll do
As a trusted advisor, you will lead strategic engagements, develop actionable recommendations, and guide client teams through transformation initiatives. You will synthesize market insights, build robust financial models, and present compelling stories to executives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and measurable outcomes.
Responsibility
- Lead strategic engagements for mid-market and enterprise clients, shaping growth strategies and operational improvements.
- Develop data-driven insights through market research, benchmarking, and financial modeling.
- Design and implement operating models, governance structures, and performance dashboards.
- Craft executive-level presentations and strategic roadmaps with clear recommendations and milestones.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior consultants and coach client teams on new capabilities and processes.
- Collaborate with industry specialists to tailor solutions and accelerate value realization across sectors.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent roles.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proven storytelling and presentation abilities at the executive level.
- Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management experience; ability to lead multiple workstreams concurrently.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, and data visualization tools; comfort with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Ability to work in NYC-based roles, relocate if needed, and travel up to 25%.
