We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy Consultant to work directly with C-suite executives to design and implement high-impact strategies that unlock measurable value.
In this role, you will partner with client teams to diagnose opportunities, shape strategic roadmaps, and lead complex initiatives from concept through execution. This is a client-facing, hybrid-remote role with a strong emphasis on collaboration, analytical rigor, and change leadership.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end strategic engagements for clients across industries
- Perform rigorous quantitative analysis and financial modeling to inform recommendations
- Develop and validate strategic options and long-term roadmaps
- Facilitate client workshops and executive presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and realize benefits
- Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables with precision
- Build client capabilities through knowledge transfer and coaching
Qualification
- Minimum 7 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy roles
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated financial modeling, ROI analysis, and scenario planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and storytelling at the executive level
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and multi-workstream projects
- Comfort with ambiguous problems and delivering actionable insights
- Willingness to travel as needed and adapt to client schedules
