You will collaborate with C-suite executives to diagnose complex business challenges, design high impact strategies, and guide transformation initiatives that deliver measurable results. Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end client engagements focused on growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Perform market due diligence, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling to shape strategic options.
- Develop compelling strategic roadmaps and business cases, including revenue and cost optimization plans.
- Facilitate executive workshops, present findings, and secure buy-in from senior leaders.
- Guide implementation efforts, monitor milestones, and manage project budgets and risks.
- Mentor junior consultants, contribute to firm knowledge through case studies and thought leadership.
Qualification
- 7+ years of experience in management or corporate strategy, or equivalent consulting experience.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation abilities with executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements and travel up to 40% as needed.
- Proven track record delivering transformational strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and team leadership skills.
