As a Senior Consultant, you will partner with C-suite executives, design growth strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and guide clients through transformation programs. You will be part of a high-caliber team with mentoring, clear career progression, and exposure to high-impact projects.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end strategic engagements—from scoping and hypothesis generation to implementation and impact measurement.
- Conduct market due diligence, competitive benchmarking, customer insights, and robust financial modeling.
- Develop growth scenarios, business cases, and ROI analyses to drive executive decision-making.
- Design and facilitate client workshops, synthesize findings, and deliver executive-ready presentations.
- Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (M&A, operations, marketing, tech) to execute transformation programs.
- Mentor junior consultants, contribute to knowledge management, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Build and manage client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support business development initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or strategic advisory roles.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling and scenario planning).
- Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact.
- Experience with transformation programs, process improvement, and operating-model redesign.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Comfort with travel up to 40-50% (hybrid/remote options available).
