PrimePath Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Strategy Consultant to partner with senior executives and deliver client focused growth initiatives. You will lead strategy engagements, conduct rigorous market and financial analysis, develop scalable operating models, and guide transformational programs across multiple industries.
This role offers a fast paced, high impact environment with a clear path to leadership, mentorship of junior consultants, and opportunities to shape client outcomes on complex engagements.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end strategy engagements for mid market and enterprise clients, from discovery to implementation.
- Perform market, competitive, financial, and operational analyses to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, operating models, and KPI frameworks aligned to client priorities.
- Present findings and recommended actions to C-suite executives and board level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, pilot, and scale solutions; manage project plans, budgets, and risks.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants; contribute to business development and proposal writing.
- Drive change management initiatives and measure ROI to demonstrate impact.
- Foster long term client relationships through trusted advisory and delivery excellence.
Qualification
- Bachelors in business, economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, or corporate strategy roles.
- Strong financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent client management, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple workstreams, and operate with ambiguity.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, growth strategy, and operational improvement across industries.
- Willingness to travel up to 20–30% as needed.
