As a Senior Business Strategy Consultant in Singapore, you will drive strategy development, perform market and financial analyses, lead workstreams, and deliver actionable recommendations that executives can implement with confidence.

Responsibility
- Lead and structure end-to-end client engagements, including scoping, problem framing, and workplan development.
- Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to quantify strategic opportunities.
- Develop and present compelling client-ready recommendations to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Manage project workstreams, timelines, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coach junior consultants, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards.
- Support business development efforts, including due diligence and proposal development.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather critical insights.
- Collaborate with client teams to implement transformation initiatives and monitor outcomes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or MSc preferred.
- 7+ years of management consulting or relevant strategic advisory experience.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical capabilities (financial modeling, data analysis) and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence at the executive level.
- Comfort with client-facing roles, travel up to 40% as needed.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across diverse teams.
