As a trusted advisor, you will blend psychological insight with practical career strategies to help mid- to seniorālevel professionals craft compelling narratives, build confidence, and land roles aligned with their strengths and ambitions. Responsibility
- Conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions to assess client goals, strengths, and gaps, and develop personalized career roadmaps.
- Provide targeted resume, LinkedIn, and cover letter optimization to attract recruiter attention and ATS compatibility.
- Design and deliver actionable career transition plans for mid- and seniorālevel professionals, including target companies and networking strategies.
- Lead interview coaching, including mock sessions, behavioral framework coaching, and negotiation guidance.
- Track client progress with dataādriven KPIs, adjust strategies, and deliver regular progress reports.
- Offer market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and sector insights to inform client decisions.
- Collaborate with partner organizations, universities, and alumni networks to expand opportunities for clients.
- Mentor junior coaches and contribute to content development, workshops, and digital courses.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in career coaching, talent development, or executive recruitment with proven outcomes.
- Relevant coaching credentials (e.g., ICF, career coaching certification) and a strong coaching presence.
- Exceptional communication, empathy, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Expertise in resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, personal branding, and interview coaching.
- Strong dataādriven mindset with ability to measure impact and iterate coaching plans.
- Ability to work with diverse clients across industries, functions, and levels; culturally sensitive and inclusive.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple clients with excellent time management.
