We are seeking a Senior Career Consultant to coach clients through resume optimization, interview strategy, networking, and comprehensive career plans. This role blends one-on-one coaching with group workshops and online programs to deliver measurable outcomes.
What you will do is empower clients to articulate value, build confidence, and execute strategic plans that align with their life priorities and market realities. You will work with executives, mid-career professionals, and recent graduates across industries.
Responsibility
- Lead one-on-one coaching sessions to develop tailored career strategies, resumes, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Design and facilitate group workshops on networking, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
- Partner with clients to set measurable goals and track progress toward promotions, role changes, or salary increases.
- Provide market insights and salary guidance based on industry data and regional trends.
- Develop customized job search plans, target companies, and outreach cadences.
- Collaborate with internal team to create online programs and resources for scalable coaching.
- Coach through interview stages, negotiation conversations, and onboarding transitions.
- Maintain accurate client records and monitor outcomes for continuous improvement.
Qualification
- 5+ years of career coaching, talent development, or executive coaching experience.
- Proven track record helping clients achieve promotions, salary increases, or successful career pivots.
- Strong understanding of resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation.
- Excellent active listening, questioning, and empathetic communication skills.
- Ability to translate market data into actionable coaching plans; familiarity with salary research tools is a plus.
- Certifications in career coaching or human resources (NCDA, ICF, or equivalent) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Self-motivated, client-centric, and able to manage a diverse coaching portfolio.
