Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions to assess goals, strengths, and opportunities.
- Develop personalized career roadmaps with target roles, industries, and timelines.
- Provide resume, LinkedIn optimization, and cover letter guidance to maximize visibility and interviewing success.
- Deliver interview coaching, mock sessions, and feedback to improve performance.
- Design and facilitate workshops and webinars on job search, networking, and career development.
- Partner with clients to set accountability plans, track progress, and adjust strategies based on outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine program content and deliver high-impact coaching experiences.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in career coaching, recruitment, or talent development.
- Proven track record of helping clients secure roles, promotions, or meaningful career changes.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of ATS, resume optimization, LinkedIn strategies, and job-search tools.
- Certification in career coaching (e.g., CCA, CPC) or related credentials is a plus.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging workshops and program materials.
