In this role, you will combine coaching excellence with data-driven program design to deliver measurable outcomes for clients, from resume enhancement to interview mastery and career branding across digital platforms.
As a trusted advisor, you will design tailored coaching journeys, deliver actionable feedback, and mentor junior consultants to scale client impact.
Responsibility
- Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions to assess career goals, strengths, and opportunities for growth.
- Design individualized career plans, including resume optimization, LinkedIn branding, and job search strategies.
- Deliver interview coaching, mock sessions, and feedback to improve articulation, STAR storytelling, and confidence.
- Facilitate workshops on career branding, networking, and effective job search techniques for groups and teams.
- Partner with clients to set measurable milestones, track progress, and adjust strategies based on market insights.
- Stay current with industry trends, ATS priorities, and employer expectations to advise clients effectively.
- Build lasting client relationships, ensuring ongoing support and renewal of coaching engagements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or HR/Coaching certification preferred.
- 5+ years of professional career coaching, talent development, or HR experience.
- Proven track record of helping clients secure roles at target organizations and industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with storytelling and narrative development skills.
- Strong coaching credentials (e.g., ICF, Career Coaching Certification) and ability to facilitate workshops.
- Experience with resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and job search strategy across multiple functions.
- Results-oriented with strong client management, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
