Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth client assessments to identify objectives, strengths, and gaps.
- Develop personalized career plans, resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles that showcase impact.
- Deliver 1:1 coaching sessions, mock interviews, and salary negotiation guidance.
- Facilitate engaging group workshops and corporate career development programs.
- Track progress with client dashboards, metrics, and regular feedback loops.
- Collaborate with partner organizations to source opportunities and build referral networks.
- Stay current on labor market trends and best practices in career development.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field; 3+ years of career coaching or recruitment experience.
- Proven track record helping clients secure roles across multiple industries; outstanding references.
- Expertise in resume optimization, LinkedIn optimization, and interview coaching.
- Excellent communication, active listening, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and market research methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements with strong organization and time-management.
