Responsibility
- Conduct structured coaching sessions to assess client goals, skills, and market positioning, then craft personalized career plans.
- Deliver resume, LinkedIn, and personal branding optimization to attract targeted opportunities.
- Lead interview preparation, including mock sessions, storytelling frameworks, and behavioral question strategies.
- Design and manage a portfolio of diverse client engagements, tracking progress and outcomes with data-driven metrics.
- Provide market insights and target company recommendations to accelerate job search strategies.
- Collaborate with recruiting partners, hiring managers, and career communities to expand client opportunities.
- Develop and deliver coaching programs and workshops to scale impact and drive client success metrics.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; master's preferred; 5+ years in career coaching, talent development, or executive coaching.
- ICF or equivalent coaching certification is highly desirable.
- Proven track record helping clients achieve salary increases, promotions, or successful role transitions.
- Exceptional communication, empathy, and active listening with strong facilitation skills.
- Expertise in resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and personal branding.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using CRM/tools to track outcomes and ROI.
