ElevatePath Career Solutions is seeking a results-driven Senior Career Consultant to empower professionals in New York City to achieve breakthrough career outcomes. This role blends one-to-one coaching, program design, and strategic career planning for mid- to senior-level job seekers and executives. You will lead coaching sessions, customize career strategies, and collaborate with a team focused on measurable growth for clients.
As part of our premium coaching practice, you will help clients articulate value, optimize resumes and LinkedIn profiles, prepare for interviews, and map out actionable career roadmaps. This is a client-focused, metrics-driven role with opportunities for ongoing professional development and leadership.
Responsibility
- Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with clients to define career goals, assess strengths, and create actionable career plans.
- Develop customized strategies for resumes, LinkedIn optimization, and 90-day job search plans.
- Lead resume rewrites, portfolio guidance, and interview preparation coaching tailored to target roles and industries.
- Facilitate career workshops and group coaching programs to scale impact for multiple clients.
- Track client progress with clear metrics, reporting, and iterative plan adjustments.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to attract new clients and build a strong personal brand for the firm.
- Stay current on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to inform guidance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of career coaching, recruitment, or equivalent experience, preferably in professional services.
- Outstanding coaching and listening skills with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable steps.
- Proven track record helping clients secure mid- to senior-level roles across industries.
- Strong resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, ATS awareness, and interview coaching capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
